24/7 Program Information

PBT's

PBT’s are at the 24/7 site, which is located at 12 ½ N. Main St. in the faded blue/gray building that is North of the Courthouse on Market St. and South of the Railroad tracks. The building is open from 6am to 9am and 6pm-9pm for clients to provide their PBT. The cost for the PBT's are $2 in the morning for the first 30 days ($30 state fee) and $1 in the evening.  After the first 30 days, the cost is reduced to $1 in the morning and $1 in the evening. REMOTE BREATH TESTING

Remote breath testing is available on a limited basis. The cost for remote breath testing is $230 upfront which covers the $40 activation, $40 deactivation and first months testing costs. Every month after the initial month will cost $150 per month or $5 a day. Clients are not allowed to have a negative balance while on the remote breath testing. Please call-in advance to inquire if any remote breath testing devices are available.  All remote breath testing devices are set up by appointment only. Please do not show up without having made an appointment and expect immediate placement on a Remote Breath Testing Device.

SCRAM BRACELET MONITORING

Scram bracelet (CAM) testing is available on a limited basis. The cost for a Scram Bracelet is $260 upfront which covers the $40 activation, $40 deactivation and first months testing costs. Every month after the initial month will cost $180 a month or $6 a day. Clients are required to come in on Monday and Thursday at the designated time to download the date from their Scram Bracelet. Clients are not allowed to have a negative balance while on the Scram Bracelet. Please call-in advance to inquire if any Scram Bracelets are available. All Scram Bracelets are set up by appointment only. Please do not show up without having made an appointment and expect immediate placement on a Scram Bracelet.

DRUG/SWEAT PATCH

The drug/sweat patch can be ordered by a judge or the clients Court Services Officer (Probation) and is applied/monitored by the 24/7 Coordinator, GPS/Drug Patch Coordinator and 24/7 Staff. 

The cost of the drug/sweat patch is $50.00 per patch, and it can be used for 24+ hours up to 14 days. For program details call 605-626-7104 during business hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Brown County does not have a Urine Analysis Program.
